Amerikan Body Art Whisper Highlighter Mica Shimmer Powders are made from a group of natural occurring minerals. Mica powder is ground from Mica mineral and American Body Art adds it to cosmetic grade ingredients to create an opalescent effect.

Highlighter Powders can be used for highlighting cheeks, lips, eyes and body. Whisper Highlighter appears plain white in jar. Color change happens depends on how they are applied, whether on bare skin or over primer and how light hits them. Whisper highlighter gives a white with peachy/pink sheen.

You can use the powder on eyes, face or body. The small particles in the mica powder make it perfect for small spaces and fine details--they stick better than ordinary glitter. The small mica particles also pick up light and sparkle easily for dazzling results.
