Graftobian Wax Works is a highly productive tool for creating special effects like bumps, bruises and other gory details. The package includes includes Modeling Wax (1 oz), Clear Liquid Latex (1/2 oz), Blood Gel (4 CC Packet) and detailed color instructions.

Apply Spirit Gum (not included) and make it tacky with fingers. Take a small amount of modeling wax and press down on desired area and shape it as desired. Apply little makeup remover (not included) and smoothen out the wax surface. Optionally powder down the waxed area to absorb excess moisture. Using an alcohol wipe, clean surrounding skin. Apply several layers of flexible wax sealer (not included) or stipple down liquid latex with a foam wedge. Apply makeup or blood FX for additional effects.
